All hardware warranties are for one year from the date-of-purchase and are repaired in-house by our technical staff. This includes Servers, Computers, Laptops and various types of network equipment sold by TNF.

The safety of your data is of paramount importance to us and is best handled by using a multi-layered approach. 1st: Making sure your PC’s are kept updated, passwords are secure and the best anti-virus software solutions are implemented. 2nd: Setting up an off-site backup solution. 3rd: Using data encryption to protect the most sensitive/critical data areas. 4th: Educating your employees on the “best practices” in day to day email correspondence and web surfing.

We can remotely manage your network for you if you so desire or train an employee to be the local administrator for your network. (Remote support plans are available on request.)

One of the things we do for our customers is to provide a custom designed Network Configuration Guide which will contain all of the specific details concerning your network. Including but not limited to User Names, Passwords, Email Specifics, Printer IP’s, Server IP’s, Router info, Application info, Drive Mappings, Etc. (This guide should be locked in a safe place by the owner, manager.)
